Supports the smooth running of the Human Resources Department, where all areas of responsibility are managed and delivered to the highest levels.
Works proactively to maximize the guest service and the team experience, delivering a positive and responsive approach to enquiries and problem resolution.
Delivers on plans where human resources initiatives & hotel targets are achieved.
Builds and maintains effective working relationships with all key stakeholders.
Recruits employees including developing job descriptions, preparing advertisements checking application forms, short listing, interviewing and selecting candidates.
Assist in C&B and relevant labor reports.
Plan training, including inductions for new employees.
Conducts new recruit and leavers procedures and follow up all required documents to be submitted.
Maintains staff personal files.
Follows up leaves of staff.
Follow up company asset given to staff such as Name tag, Lockers and all.
Other duties as assigned.

Provides employees with the training and resources they need to maximize employee engagement and deliver Yes I Can! service and teamwork

Performs other duties required to provide the service brand behavior and genuine hospitality
Adhere to hotel policies and procedures
Keeps General Manager promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance.
Communicate effectively with guests, co-workers and the manager.
Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve the overall objectives of this position.
Maintain a favourable working relationship with all other hotel employees to foster and promote a co-operative and harmonious working environment.
At all times projects a favourable image of the Hotel to the public.
Assist in the development of the Hotel business plan and ensure an overall understanding of its departmental goals and objectives.
Attends work on time as scheduled.
Follows safety and security rules and procedures.
Abides by all Brand rules and regulations.
Adheres to all Brand policies and procedures.
Actively supports and promotes Workplace Health and Safety within the work environment.
Performs any other reasonable duties as directed by the General Manager or his/her designate.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Minimum of one-year progressive human resources experience.
Bachelor degree preferred, certificate in related field required
Prior work experience in a union environment including negotiation and local and regional rules.
Collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers to ensure teamwork.
Able to resolve conflicts with supervisors and employees.
