Hybrid-Product Owner (Back-office, Figma, UI/UX)

Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly skilled Product Owner with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and a strong background in product design, UX/UI, and experience in building back-office admin systems. You will be responsible for driving the product vision, defining the roadmap, and working closely with cross-functional and cross-border teams to deliver seamless, user-friendly admin tools. Your expertise in Figma and design thinking will be crucial in translating user needs into intuitive product experiences. Key Responsibilities Define and Own the Product Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product vision for user interface and back-office admin systems, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy. Roadmap & Backlog Management: Create, prioritize, and manage the product backlog. Define and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensure timely delivery of features. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, planning and design to ensure alignment throughout the product lifecycle. Design Leadership: Utilize Figma and other design tools to collaborate with UX/UI designers, providing input and feedback to ensure intuitive, user-friendly interfaces. User-Centric Development: Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate on product features to continuously improve the user experience. Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze product performance and user behavior to make informed decisions and optimize the product for better outcomes.
