Control and ensure the security of hotel cash and cash equivalents in compliance with cash handling policies and procedures. Organize, ensure security and manage all account books and records in compliance with document retention and confidentiality policies and procedures. Prepare, maintain and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, audit or payroll tables and reports. Control statistical, financial, accounting, audit or payroll tables and reports. Control and reconcile revenue carryovers. Follow and apply all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries and unsafe working conditions to the manager; keep yourself informed of the possible presence of unwanted people near the hotel. Respect all chain policies and procedures; ensure you wear a clean and complete work uniform; have a neat and professional appearance at all times in the workplace; respect confidentiality in the dissemination of information specific to the banner and/or the hotel; protect all company assets; protect the privacy and security of customers and employees.
