• Source and procure automotive parts and materials in accordance with the company's procurement policies and procedures.• Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers.• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers.• Monitor supplier performance and take corrective action as needed.• Ensure that parts and materials are delivered on time and in accordance with quality standards.• Work with other departments to ensure that the company's inventory levels are maintained at optimal levels.• Track and analyze spend data to identify opportunities for savings.• Managing team• Stay up-to-date on market trends and developments.• Other duties as assigned.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management or related fields.• 3 - 5 year experience in Indirect Purchasing in high scale manufacturing plants at Manager level• Management experience with leader level• Good communication skill in English• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Attention to detail and accuracy.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
