- Research and build influencer databases based on campaign and brand strategy.- Lead end-to-end influencer campaigns: from ideation, outreach, negotiation, content collaboration to performance tracking.- Collaborate with internal teams (Content, Creative, Affiliate) to ensure consistent brand messaging across campaigns.- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics: reach, engagement, traffic, conversions.- Propose creative, trend-driven content ideas to increase campaign impact and community engagement.- Expand the influencer network in the US — especially within Gen Z, sneakerhead, and hip-hop communities.- Manage influencer budgets and report performance on a weekly/monthly basis.

1. Experience & Skills:- 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, community marketing, or a related role.- Strong understanding of streetwear, Gen Z trends, hip-hop culture, and the youth community in the US market.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; experience dealing with KOLs and creators.- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and optimize campaign performance.- Creative thinking and strong storytelling skills; ability to spot and ride viral trends.- Experience with influencer tools such as TikTok Creator Marketplace, Upfluence, or Instagram Collab is a big plus.2. Language Proficiency:- IELTS 7.0 or equivalent English certification is required.- Strong English skills in business communication, email, presentations, and international campaign coordination.3. Education:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Economics, Foreign Languages, or related fields.- Preference will be given to graduates from top-tier universities such as: • Foreign Trade University (FTU) • National Economics University (NEU) • Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam (DAV) • Hanoi University (HANU) • or international equivalents.4.
