- Bachelor degree in Business Management/Account/Engineering...- At least 2 years working experience on Manufacturing company (as Production, Engineering, Quality, Accounting, Construction, Logistics...)- Strong, straightforward personality.- Strong understanding of standards, procedures, laws, rules, and regulations.- Good in management, influencing, interpersonal, analysis, problem solving and diagnostic skills.- Ability to work effectively with leaders and all organizational levels.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
