KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES1. Primary accountabilities:- Maintain & develop good business relationship with all multiband/mono brand partners- Negotiate and reinforce the trade terms- Giving contribution as expected by the management in developing business with key accounts- Drive the annual growth of sales revenue and profitability of these accounts; ensure healthy retail P&L per accounts- Establishment of effective communication channels throughout the sales team and customer service- New partners development2. Secondary accountabilities:- Actively participate in the establishment of business strategy in achieving annual target- Overall responsibility for assigned partners- Monitor and report partners and competitors’ activities and propose/initiate/take actions- Ensure partners compliance with trade agreements- Other tasks under assignment of company3. Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relative field.- Experience related to Wholesale/ Retail in the field of Fashion/ Sport/ Golf/ Ecommerce- Strong at brand management, consumer understanding, creative & strategic knowledge.- Good communication skills both written and oral in English, presentation, analytical, time management and negotiation skills.
