- Perform opening and closing duties for each shift, and check on the same for waiters
- Set trolleys and trays according to orders and standards
- Accurately record and coordinate all orders delivery
- Ensure clear and effective communication with the kitchen and other colleagues
- Ability to understand guest needs
- Ability to handle complaints
- Ensure that hot food is maintained and delivered hot, and all cold items are delivered cold
- Ensure that trolleys and tray are promptly removed from guest rooms and corridors
- Knowledge of guest profile and special requests
- Inspect, plan and ensure that all equipment is kept clean and organised
- Check storage areas for proper supplies, organisation and cleanliness
- Raise requisitions for additional supplies when needed
- Assist in training of the team
- Endeavour to resolve all complaints during shift and logs all complaints in log book for further follow up
- Supervise the maintenance of service equipment
- Monitor standards of guest facilities and services
- Supervise functions
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
- Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency.
- Problem solving and training abilities.
Qualifications
• Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field
Experience- 2 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Supervisory experience preferred.
