IT Application Operation Professional

- In charge of analyzing and preparing business and system requirements for the Business Application.- Ensuring proper due diligence and gap analysis is done for application implementation against the business requirements.- Working cohesively with the application vendor’s application supporters to get the required knowledge transfer for the product knowledge and business process.- Providing system/application support for end users and know-how support to internal teams.- Managing and leveraging between end user’s expectation and the base lined business requirements.- Supporting User Acceptance Test for the project sign off.- Project-management to implement major applications including Business Core system enhancement, data mining (reporting and data extraction) when needed.- Lead and coordinate the troubleshooting process.- Execute the strategic and midterm plans of IT.
