- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.
- Managing IT risks, including cybersecurity threats and data breaches.
- Additionally, provide guidance and support to a team of IT professionals in properties, ensuring their continuous development and effective performance
Includes:
- Developing and implementing IT strategies that support the organization’s objectives.
- Managing and maintaining IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.
- Overseeing IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
- Assessing and managing IT risks, including cybersecurity threats and data breaches.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective IT solutions.
- Evaluating and recommending new technologies, tools, and software to enhance IT operations.
- Ensuring compliance with IT policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitoring IT performance metrics and implementing improvements as needed.
- Providing technical expertise and support to resolve complex IT issues.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Minimum of two years of IT experience with similar responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Effective communication skills
- Able to collaborate effectively with other team-members and stakeholders
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Familiar with network security and encryption
- Experience with hotel related applications a plus
- Related IT certifications a plus
- Ability to work independent as well as teamwork
- Open, helpful, collaborative
