IT Manager (VMware/Cloud/AWS/English)

Team Leadership & KPI Management Lead and manage the IT team, track and achieve KPIs Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the IT team. IT Operations & Service Reliability Ensure uptime, availability, and performance of critical services across distributed datacenters. Oversee backup operations, periodic data restoration tests, and planned failover drills. Maintain documentation of IT infrastructure, services, and processes. IT Projects: Planning & Execution Plan, drive, and execute IT infrastructure and operations projects  Lead cross-functional initiatives involving Dev, QA, Security, and Product teams. Ensure project delivery on time, within scope and budget. Support for Dev & QA Teams Investigate and evaluate new platforms, tools, and systems to support development and testing efforts.  Install, configure, and troubleshoot development and QA environments Provide timely technical support for Dev and QA teams System Management & Troubleshooting Manage installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network infrastructure. Proactively identify and resolve system issues Automate repetitive tasks using scripting and configuration management tools Security & Compliance Collaborate with the security team to implement and maintain IT security policies. Enforce access controls, patch management, and endpoint protection. Support compliance audits by maintaining logs, reports, and documentation.
