You will be pivotal in ensuring our IT systems are efficient and reliable, directly supporting seamless operations and empowering our teams across diverse geographical locations. This hands-on role will involve being the first level of internal support for all staff, planning, executing, and supporting users on internal IT projects, and continuously improving our internal systems, processes, support, and solutions.
- First-Level Support: Act as the primary point of contact for internal IT support, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- System Maintenance: Ensure reliable operation of core systems, including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Atlassian tools, timesheeting systems, centralised password management solutions, and antivirus software.
- Technical Projects: Plan, execute, and support internal IT projects such as Google Workspace migrations and system updates.
- Asset Management: Develop and maintain an asset register to track and manage IT resources.
- Support Desk Management: Establish and manage a support desk system, including the creation of walkthroughs, knowledge base documentation, and tutorial videos.
- Vendor Management: Assist in vendor selection, planning, implementation, onboarding, training, and operation of systems and solutions identified by the business.
- System Performance Monitoring: Set up and manage adoption, utilisation, and activity reports and dashboards.
- Security and Compliance: Ensure all systems are operated securely according to our internal policies to maintain data integrity and compliance.
- Onboarding and Offboarding: Organise and facilitate team onboarding and offboarding from a tooling and systems perspective.

- Experience: Proven hands-on experience in administering IT systems within a multinational or multi-branch environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Atlassian, timesheeting solutions, centralised password management, antivirus solutions, and supporting Mac, Windows, and Linux environments.
- Support Systems: Demonstrated ability to set up and manage support desk systems, including creating effective documentation and tutorial videos.
- Performance Monitoring: Experience in setting up and managing adoption, utilisation, and activity reports and dashboards.
- Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Security: Commitment to maintaining the security and integrity of IT systems according to established internal policies.
- Communication: Clear communication skills with the ability to interact positively with all levels of an organisation.
