IT Team Leader (Python, ReactJS, AI) Up to 50M

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Tech Lead to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City. This role requires a full-stack expert with a deep understanding of cloud architecture, AI platform integration, and end-toend software service deployment. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers, overseeing system design, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet our business objectives. Proficiency in both back-end (Python) and front-end (React.js or equivalent) technologies is essential for this role. Lead the technical design and architecture of complex, scalable software solutions. Oversee full-stack development, integrating both front-end and back-end components using technologies such as Python and React.js for seamless functionality. Integrate various AI platform APIs, utilizing machine learning and AI tools to enhance product capabilities. Manage end-to-end software development processes, from concept and planning deployment and maintenance. Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical support to the engineering team, fostering growth and collaboration. Ensure solutions are built on robust cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), optimizing for scalability, security, and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver solutions that align with business goals. Maintain documentation and enforce coding standards, ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently and maintain high quality.
