Japanese Interpreter

Interpreter Task (60%):• Provide high-quality verbal and written interpretation between Japanese and Vietnamese during meetings, conferences, phone calls, and business discussions. • Translate documents, emails, contracts, and other business communications from Japanese to Vietnamese and vice versa with high accuracy and attention to detail. • Assist in real-time communication with Japanese-speaking clients, suppliers, and internal teams as needed. Purchasing & Reporting Task (40%):• Support the purchasing department in sourcing materials, products, and services from Japanese suppliers. Communicate and negotiate with suppliers to ensure best pricing, quality, and delivery terms. • Coordinate and monitor purchase orders, ensuring timely deliveries and addressing any discrepancies in orders. • Prepare regular purchasing reports, summarizing supplier performance. • Assist in planning tasks related to procurement. Other tasks will be assigned by Manager and AGM.
