Manage software development projects with Japanese client to ensure good communication with client, high quality delivery and high customer satisfaction.Participate in pre-sale to make proposals.Proven experience managing software development projects (Agile and/or Waterfall).Strong understanding of SDLC, quality assurance, and delivery best practices.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with Japanese clients.Cross-cultural awareness and experience working in Japanese business environments.Ability to lead multi-functional teams and coordinate between client and offshore/onshore teams.Strong problem-solving and risk management skills.Good documentation and reporting ability in both English and Japanese.PMP, Scrum Master, or relevant certifications are a plus.
