Milient is currently seeking a Tech Lead with growth ambitions.
With offices in Norway and Sweden, we are proud of being the Nordic region’s largest SaaS provider within project management, including timekeeping, resource planning, quality assurance, staffing, and recruitment. Milient is often used by architects, the staffing industry, advertising, engineering and IT.
Note:

- A programming test (Java) will be required to assess competency.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering new functionalities to the product and actively contributing to code development.
- Assisting the team in making well-informed technical decisions.
- Serving as the go-to person for the product owner for technical clarifications and discussions on non-functional requirements.
- Crafting overarching designs for new solutions and functionalities.
- Leading the charge for software engineering excellence within the team.

Skills required:
Enterprise Software Architecture expertise, advanced understanding of CD/CI and DevOps concepts at the solutions and design level, proficiency in React, Spring, Maven, SQL and Cloud services.
To succeed in this role, we believe you should identify with some of these points:
- 7+ years of experience in Java programming.
- Proficient in Maven, DevOps, AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, React & SQL (we use PostgreSQL).
- Experience with Agile development methodology.
- “Can-Do-Attitude” and Team Player.
- Desire to keep up to date with technological trends, methods and tools.
- Excellent English communication skills, spoken and written.
