Participate in innovative software development life cycle using agile methodologiesBe responsible for quality of technical solution of medium to complex application.Solve technical conflicts and make rationale decision between technical choices.Adhere to the coding standards, best practices, common design patterns & principlesSet standards, give technical directions, and perform reviews to verify the adherence to coding standards.Hand-on to solve complex technical issues. Perform code review, provide recommendations and directions for continuous improvement of the code quality, technical debt reduction, unit tests, coding standards.Collaborate with architecture team to update and/or build the technical designs. Coach and train developers, help them to implement the software in line with the designs and standards, and to become independent on technical aspects.Self-manage in designing the technical stack for development projects. When necessary, research new or emerging technologies and frameworks, give recommendations, build proofs of concept and conduct trainings.

Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent8 years of proven experience in software development of this applied stack.Able to hands-on and set up code base for medium to complex application.Able to read and write technical documents, report in the English languageAble to bridge the technical discussions between developers and other non technical stakeholdersAble to work independently and as part of the teamAble to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectivelyHas a wide range of technical knowledge in many areas such as: front-end, database, cloudAbility to understand designs documented in mainstream methodologies such as ADD, UML and BPMN.Experienced in continuous integration and deployment technologies (Jenkins, Docker)Strong mindset and skillset in controlling technical quality, proven experience in design review, code review, and clean-code tools such such as SonarNice to haveExperience and/or certifications on Amazon, Azure and Oracle clouds.Experience on IT Operations and live systems (in production).Knowledge of the Agile methodology (Scrum).Knowledge of other programming languages.Experience in leading a project or a team
