Development is the largest discipline at Endava. Our developers design, build, and release software products in multiple programming languages, frameworks, and libraries. Always collaborating with cross-functional project teams, our developers are adaptable problem-solvers with a client-oriented mindset. As a Java Developer at Endava, you will work in a professional and cross-functional team for payment gateway services. You'll be involved in the full development lifecycle of a software system. Contribute to delivering new products to the market by meeting customer's requirements and product development programs. Be an integral part of a Scrum team and contribute to Agile processes. Responsibilities:
Designs, estimates, and implements technical solutions for medium/high complexity applications.
Participates actively in all phases of application development lifecycle.
Collaborates with various project stakeholders to provide support for clarifying requirements, processes, architecture, and priorities.
Recommends and promotes IT industry standards, tools, practices (DevOps, etc.) to achieve well-engineered software products.
Proposes improvements and escalates risks/issues related to development activities.
Participates in the review of the work done by development team members.
Learns and applies new technologies, practices, and tools as appropriate to the project.
Participates in internal and external tech communities, events.
Shares experience and knowledge gained from projects.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
2+ years of experience in software development.
Proficiency in Java and tools such as IntelliJ IDEA, Spring, Hibernate, Maven/Gradle.
Understanding of OOP, functional programming, and clean code principles (SOLID, GoF, MVVM).
Practical experience in platform-specific database systems and SQL.
Understanding of Git or similar version control systems.
Basic knowledge with CI/CD tools and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Experience with testing and mocking frameworks.
Familiar with communication protocols such as HTTP, REST, JSON, TCP/IP.
Good problem-solving skills, teamwork, communication abilities and analytical thinking.
Intermediate English proficiency.
