We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Quality Control Specialist to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to develop their skills in quality assurance and contribute to ensuring our products meet high standards of reliability, performance, and compliance. You will work closely with senior team members and cross-functional teams to support quality control processes and enhance product quality. Responsibilities:
Assist in implementing quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and internal guidelines.
Conduct product testing and inspections to identify defects, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.
Support the analysis of data and performance metrics to track product quality and suggest enhancements.
Work alongside development teams to understand quality requirements and best practices.
Help execute functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure product reliability.
Document and report findings, providing clear insights for improvements.
Assist in maintaining and optimizing workflows to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Troubleshoot basic quality issues and collaborate with the team to implement corrective actions.
Stay updated with quality assurance best practices and industry trends.

1+ years of experience in quality control, software testing, or a related field.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a relevant discipline.
Solid understanding of quality assurance methodologies, testing strategies, and industry best practices.
Hands-on experience with manual testing techniques and familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks.
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot software issues, ensuring system reliability and efficiency.
Experience working with databases (e.g., SQL or MongoDB) and performing data integrity checks.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify defects and contribute to corrective actions.
Effective communication and teamwork skills, collaborating with development, product, and QA teams.
A proactive approach to learning new tools, technologies, and testing environments.
