1. Income Audit:
- Issue VAT invoices
- Check night Audit reports including Rate Variance Report, No-show/Cancellation report…
- Check and verify manual postings (limousine rental, laundry…)
- Check refund/void posting for reason and approval
2. General Ledger:
- Preparing Journals (accrual, allocation, reclass…)
- Reconcile bank, checking AR reconciliation
- Checking VAT report
- Other tasks assigned by manager
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
- Able to interact and work with personnel from all levels.
- Able to organize and co-ordinate in a systematic manner
- Problem solving, reasoning, motivation, organizational and training abilities.
- Good writing skills (English).
- At least 02 years revelant experience in hospitality industry.
