Sales Performance
· Achieve the agreed sales volume, value, share and contribution target for all company products and services.
· Fully understand market situation, customer behavior and sales performance.
Market Information and Sales Analysis
· Responsible for on time submission of daily, weekly market report which includes, price monitoring, competitor awareness, company activities analysis.
· Responsible for sales performance analysis which includes customer performance tracking and customer business review.
· To timely provide feedback and insight from the marketplace to Regional Sales Manager.
Customer Management
· To follow company Customer Management Process and achieve the maximum co-operation from customers and efficient sales operation in assigned area through:
1. Weekly and Monthly Action Plan
2. Customer Visit
Point of Purchase (P.O.P) Management and Marketing Activities
Sales and Transportation Forecast
· Assist Regional Sales Manager for sales forecast and transportation estimate.
· Help RSM to on time submit the sales forecast and transportation estimate to customer service.
· To discuss and review sales forecast with Regional Sales Manager and agree action plan.
Others
· Ensure company’s selling tools and all support materials are fully exploited for the mutual benefit of company and customers.
· To ensure that all responsibilities and tasks follow customer management working process and all proposals follow company format.

Education & Experience:
· College/Bachelor degree.
· About 01-year sales experience in construction material or 2-year consumer product industry.
· Also welcome fresh graduate with good sales competencies
Skills & Competencies:
· Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
· Good interpersonal relationship skills
· Highly organized, strong sense of identifying and prioritizing issues
· Highly self motivated, enthusiasm and be able to inspire others
· Ability to work under pressure condition
· Quick conceptual thinker – able to grasp ideas and communicate them effectively
· Strong team player, leader or participant
· Adequate analytical skills
· Self-confident – challenges ideas and norms
· Adequate computer skills - MS Office
· Understand and able to communicate in English (Written and oral)
