• Knowledge and correct handling of the different types of linen.
• Ensure proper use of equipment and chemicals.
• Report any faults of equipment to the Laundry Shift leader or Laundry manager immediately.
• Handle guest items with utmost care, to avoid damages, shrinkage, lost buttons etc.
• Answer guest calls and handle guest requests in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Collect guest laundry when requested, ensuring correct room-number is noted. Inspect all items and note any damages, discolor etc. before and after cleaning. Report to the Shift leader if you don’t know the material of the clothes.
• Prepare costing of guest Laundry, to ensure correct and prompt posting.
• Package and deliver guest laundry to correct guestrooms.
• Deliver high quality service to guests.
• Ensure guest needs and reasonable requests are met.
• Seek opportunities to continually improve guest service.
• Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints.
• Adhere to the hotel’s security and emergency policies and procedures.
• Adhere to hotel cleaning and maintenance programs.
• Ensure a high level of cleaning is maintained in your work area.
• Carry out other tasks as directed by your supervisors.

• Language: Be preferred with Laundry experience
• Education: Min Senior Middle School
