8+ years of backend development, 2+ years in a leadership or senior mentorship capacity.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Good command of English – both written and spoken.Technical proficiencyExpert-level implementation skills with C#, ASP.NET and .NET Core.Strong understanding and proficiency in design patterns, data structures, and development best practices.Extensive experience and understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs.Experience with at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, GCP).Advanced understanding of both relational and NoSQL databases.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Leadership & collaborationProven ability to lead and mentor Engineering teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and frontend developers.Preferred qualificationsExperience in the gaming industryExperience working and collaborating with global teams across multiple time zonesExperience working with UnityAdditional note: You may be expected to complete a test as part of the interviewing procedure.
