Qualifications Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels in English. Ability to work collaboratively with global cross-functional teams. Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to solve complex problems independently. Detail-oriented, with strong project management and organizational skills. Good understanding of business processes across various industries and the ability to translate requirements into ERP solutions. Willingness to work at night to communicate with clients in the US several days a week. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Has a proven track record of at least 3-5 years of experience managing business solution implementation projects. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Prior experience in consulting or professional services is preferred. Experience with manufacturing, supply chain, retail, or field-service operations is preferred. Experience with ERP implementation is a plus, ideally with the most prominent and widely used in the industry such as Odoo (preferred).
