VNG Solutions will provide you with a creative environment with an emphasis on B2B services, where you will have the opportunity to foster your abilities and learn about various technologies to advance your career.Job description:- Lead and mentor a team of testers allocated to a client-funded or research & development project.- Manage the testing effort and/or team to plan, construct and execute release tests.- Apply testing methodologies, theories and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.- Apply business and functional knowledge to meet the teams' overall test purposes.- Identify test improvement opportunities within the existing systems and associated processes, test procedures and methods.- Ensure defects are entered correctly, controlled and managed as effectively as possible through the development and defect life cycle.- Accountable for an end-to-end view of testing activities, risks and issues, scope, and coverage- Implement automation and regression testing as required.- Ensure adherence to testing methodologies and QC principles set across the organization, achieved through the usage of manual and automated testing tools for the consistent delivery of quality software.- Identify and recommend areas for improvement in the testing and development activities.
