KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Provide legal assistance in daily operations and real estate project implementation.• Advise other departments, BOM, and negotiate with external parties.• Draft, review legal documents, and handle legal matters across project construction, operation,M&A, leasing, financing, corporate governance, marketing, and others.• Monitor legal compliance, update on local laws, and manage external legal engagements.• Liaise with governmental authorities, and manage litigation progress.• Other tasks assigned by the Head of Legal.

QUALIFICATIONS1. Education Background:• Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Law;• A lawyer’s practicing license is a strong advantage.2. Experience:• A minimum of 6 years of experience at reputable local/international law firms and in-house roles;• Preferred candidates will have experience in industrial real estate, construction (FIDIC), and operations.SKILLS/COMPETENCIES• Proficiency in English writing and speaking;• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;• Communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills;• Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills;• Sound judgment and attention to detail.
