Logistics Optimization Specialist/senior (Working in Hai Phong)

- Experience in Material Planning and Logistics within the automotive industry, with strong knowledge of material transportation.- Coordinate with Production Operations to install, commission, and test logistics equipment and strategies.- Support the implementation of logistics strategies and conduct trials for new projects.- Develop logistics requirements and supply chain strategies for raw materials.- Ensure project plans and new product launches (NPI) are executed on schedule and meet quality standards.- Responsible for managing and controlling Part Plan for Every Part (PFEP).- Maintain and report project milestones and deliverables on time, ensuring targets are achieved as directed by management.- Responsible for coordinating the setup of logistics areas (warehouses, material flow, picking areas).- Knowledge of PFEP (Plan for Every Part), Kitting & Sequencing (picking kits for production and arranging parts according to production sequence), material transportation in the automotive industry, JIT (Just In Time), JIS (Just In Sequence), KANBAN, and problem-solving techniques, with understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
