- Overall all equipment in responsible area. Specify in Generator, Fire pump, AC system, Water treatment system.
- Check the work performance of staff and work finishing is correct, on time and meet the standard.
- Ensure maintenance, repair, and installation works are carried out with minimal disruption to hotel operations and guest comfort.
- Check the daily log book to make sure have no mistake and outstanding work.
- Report any major problems, equipment breakdowns, or resource shortages to the Chief Engineer/ Assistant Chief Engineer.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role or related experience.
- Self motivated and result oriented.
- Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
