Mall Leasing Supervisor

Required abilities- Understanding of Vietnam retail market & trends, ability to set up store concept, store positioning, floor plans, tenancy mixes, and differentiation strategies based on market research and findings- Understanding of shopping mall business model, profit structure, tenant leasing process- Leadership skills, experience in efficiently managing team- (optional extra) Understanding of architectural drawing, and related facilities- (optional extra) Proficiency or basic skill in AutoCADRequired Experience- Min 5 years of working experience in leasing department of major shopping malls in HCM City (Saigon Centre, Vincom Dong Khoi, Crescent Mall or equal status)- (Optional extra) Experience in opening new retail project (required abilities : setting up store concept, tenant mix, area design etc.)- (Optional extra) Professional in the F&B industry
