Building and implementing the works relating to compliance with SABECO's regulations, the laws on the organization and business activities of SABECO (Enterprise Law, Commercial Law, Securities Law, Labor Law, etc.) and representing Legal Director when authorized.
1. Receive works and provide direct consultation and/or via email, text (as requested) about the cases requiring legal opinions, activities to deploy, execute, end of investment projects or works assigned.
2. Review the validity of proposals on drafting, modifying internal regulations, contracts, agreements or other documents of SABECO as assigned.
3. Counsel the Board leadership in the evaluation and consideration of the implementation of internal regulations, contracts, agreements, investment projects, tenders, payments, project finalization or other documents in the production and business activities of SABECO.
4. Review the internal governing documents, contract, or other documents before submission for the approval of leadership.
5. Counsel and prepare documentation for the draft of legal documents.
6. Update, disseminate information about the new legal documents issued, likely affecting the business activities of SABECO and propose using new legislation in internal regulations, contracts, agreement of SABECO with partners to conform to law, prevention and minimizing risks for SABECO.
7. Engage in profile appraisal; control process compliance, participate in negotiation, seminars, suggestions and draft types of contracts. Engage in activities involving the reception, inspection, asset use management. Supervise the investment assessment in accordance with law, liquidized assets in order to restrict the risk of damaging the SABECO, the best protection for the rights and legitimate interests of SABECO. Participate in the membership of the Project Management Board in performing the bidding work.
8. Appraise the draft agreements, investment projects, design, estimation, bidding activities, project finalization to restrict the risk of damaging, best protection for the rights and legitimate interests of SABECO. Participate as a member of the team, independent group to perform a verification and evaluation of the projects.
9. Receive and consult disputes, complaints, accusations or lawsuits related to SABECO settlement (including sequence and procedures).
10. Receive, consult, implement and manage registration records of trademark protection, new registration, renewal of the protection diploma in Vietnam and other countries to protect the rights and interests of SABECO for intellectual property rights.
11. Receive, advise, implement and manage administrative records related to SABECO's legal records.
12. Join meetings and represent SABECO with state administration agencies in the fields of operation of the Corporation as assigned by the leadership.
13. Participate in consultation with SABECO 's units under a related incident or when required.
14. Store, manage profiles, documents, text related works are assigned.
15. Perform other tasks as assigned by Head of Department.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Education background: Bachelor of Law, Lawyer Certificate, other certificates (if any).
- Professional experience: at least 05 years of practical work experience or 03 years as a Manager in the legal field. Prioritization of legal experience in the field of economics, enterprise, labor.
- Foreign language skill: proficiency in English.
- Computer skill: proficiency in MS Office.
- Being able start work immediately is an advantage.
