Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Requirement- University Degree in a business management, IT, Computer sciences, engineering .- At least 3.5 years of working experience in managing projects, lean manufacturing, etc…- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.- Good Communication: must be effective communicators to convey ideas, expectations, and information to team, stakeholders, and internal, external clients.- Leadership: able to lead project team to success by providing clear direction, motivation, and support.- Organization: be highly organized to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and resources simultaneously.- Time management: be able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to ensure deadlines are met.- Risk management: be able to identify potential risks and take measures to mitigate them before they can negatively impact the project.- Budget management: be able to manage project budgets and make informed decisions to ensure the project stays within budget.- Problem-solving: can quickly identify and solve problems that may arise during a project.- Adaptability: be adaptable and adjust plans and strategies to keep the project on track.- Teamwork: be able to work collaboratively with their team to achieve project goals.
