Manager/Senior PM (Japanese N2)

Are you an experienced Manager with a strong background in IT and software delivery for the Japanese market? We are looking for a proactive leader who can manage complex projects, drive high-quality outcomes, and collaborate effectively with both internal teams and Japanese clients.  End-to-End Project Management: Lead opportunity analysis, pre-studies, implementations, and upgrades for new and existing customers. Delivery Excellence: Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure successful execution. Risk & Change Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies while handling project changes effectively. Process Optimization: Contribute to standardizing methodologies, tools, and best practices for continuous improvement. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, including Japanese clients and steering committees. Team Leadership & Development: Manage, mentor, and support a team of 15–50 members, ensuring their professional growth and high-level delivery.
