Manual QC Engineer (QC, SQL, Agile)

For Freshers:● Basic understanding of manual testing methodologies, tools, and processes.● Familiarity with test case management tools or a willingness to learn.● Basic SQL knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.● Good command of English (written and spoken).● Effective communication skills for discussing test progress and issues with theteam.● Eagerness to learn and adapt in the field of Quality Control (QC).● Basic knowledge of Agile methodologies or the ability to learn how to work inSprint cycles.● Basic testing knowledge of Web and Application platforms.● Ability to work independently and within a team environment.● Familiarity with E-Commerce and Retail platforms is a bonus but not required.● Interest in automation testing and scripting is an advantage but not required.● Experience or interest in using AI tools like ChatGPT for practical tasks is a plus. For Senior Level:● In-depth understanding of manual testing methodologies, tools, and processes.● Proficiency in test case management tools (JIRA, TestRail, etc.).● Good knowledge of SQL for database testing and query optimization.● Excellent command of English (written and spoken).● Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technicalteams.● Analytical mindset for identifying, tracking, and solving complex bugs.● Strong ability to work independently and lead testing initiatives.● Extensive experience in Web and Application testing is essential.● Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Sprintcycles.● Familiarity with E-Commerce and Retail platforms is a plus.● Experience in automation testing and scripting is an advantage but notmandatory.● Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.● Experience with AI tools for testing purposes is a bonus.
