• Develop and lead a Safety-first culture while ensuring safe work practices and compliance to all local regulatory guidelines are met.• Drive and support all activities to ensure overall business objectives and targets are met or exceeded.• Effectively train, coach and support Maintenance team members in problem solving and resolution activities relating to Process and Controls engineering. • Establish local talent development as a core value to develop future leaders and grow organizational capability.• Creating sound working relationships with Operations, Maintenance and Product Engineering teams to work together as one to achieve great outcomes for the business.• Compliance to VinFast Manufacturing systems and processes.• Looking for ways to eliminate waste and cost out of the business though team engagement and ownership.• Ensuring that Process control standards are developed, monitored and tracked to ensure robust systems are in place and strictly adhered to.• Ensuring that planned Engineering activities are executed via change management and do not have an impact on Production requirements.

● Graduated from University majoring in Engineering/Technical EngineeringExperience● 5+ Years of experience related to manufacturing/tightening system design and set-up in automotive field, axle manufacturing and bumper sub assembly (punching, ultrasonic welding, assembly) process● have experience related to prevent, detect and handle errors that arise during the project steps. Manage change points, manage lists of materials, tools and equipment used for each process● have experience related to installation and commissioning in both greenfield and brownfield projects● have experience related to new model design and development, with end-to-end involvement from concept to launch● Skilled in tooling design, throughput optimization, and cycle line concept development● have experience related to new model design and development, with end-to-end involvement from concept to launch with Documents -BOP,PFMEA,Control Plan.● "Have experience in new project launch (new product/production projects) Balance production lines, work with contractors to set up tools/equipment/jigs for production"● Experienced (design/ asembly) in core/ main module of vehicle (depend on specific module)Personal characteristic/ Work attitude● Be proactive● High sense of responsibility, not avoiding or relying● Positive attitude, cooperation in communication and working with colleagues and partners● Work in an environment of continuous improvement and high work pressure● Comply with company rulesSoft skills● Experienced in Lean Manufacturing systems and Operational Excellence.● Problem solving skill● Can communicate and work independently with colleagues and foreign partners● A positive, results-driven individual who proactively overcomes obstacles and coordinates multiple resources to ensure work gets doneKnowledge● Have knowledge and work experience related to related technical fields, especially automobile/chassis assembly, tightening systems● CATIA, AutoCAD ,Team center , Minitab, PFMEA, Tool Design , Problem Solving, Six Sigma , Lean Manufacturing System
