Responsible for executing marketing initiatives and managing administrative functions for the division. This role involves developing promotional content, coordinating campaigns and events, handling internal documentation, arranging meetings, and liaising with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth operations, timely reporting, and effective communication across business unitsTrách nhiệm công việc1. Marketing
Be in charge of marketing and advertising materials (online, offline) including consolidating needs / requests from nationwide business units, initiating designs, fulfilling procedure for production and following up delivery;
Implement market activations and promotion campaigns in well collaboration with relevant business units to meet program KPIs, including procedure preparation, awarding to winners and reporting;
Prepare marketing communications (MarCom) content in high quality and timely manner;
Develop marketing content on the company’s website and mobile apps, for campaigns, products and function introduction and amplification;
Be proactive execution member in various projects and events of Marketing Team and Brand & Marketing Department;
Proactively contribute idea and careful views for marketing campaigns and activities, regardless department-in-charge of activities, to ensure compliance.
2. Division Admin
Fully handle daily administrative tasks (filing, scheduling, copying, binding, scanning, sending letters, order stationeries etc.) to ensure the functionality and coordination of the division’s activities.
Process for payment request, purchase request, draft up contract etc. and manage logbook of internal documents (contract, invoice, license, sample…).
Division meetings arrangement, internal and external, including schedule, invitation, taken minutes and all relevant tasks.
Liaising and strengthening relationships with internal departments and vendors.
Follow-up with relevant Departments and Divisions (internal or external D&B) to consolidate, review and deliver regular reports on time in high quality.
Manage Inventory with statistical, financial and non-financial information.
Carry out other related tasks as required.
Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn1. Qualification: University Graduated
2. Work Experience: 1 – 2 years of working experience and above
3. Knowledge, Competencies, Skills
Knowledge of office management
Knowledge of brand and marketing principles
Knowledge of legal framework in brand, communications, and marketing field
Ability to work well under pressure and to get things done quickly at high quality
Ability to work in meticulous, careful, and detailed manner
Ability to use design tools effectively
High sense of responsibility and discipline
Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
4. Other
To get deep understanding and fully comply with (1) Corporate Integrity Policies (including: policies of Conflict of Interest, Anti-Fraud, Anti-Bribery & Corruption (Gift &Entertainment register), (2) Anti-Money Laundering Policy & Countering Terrorism Financing; (3) and regulation on your roles and responsibilities in operational manual.
To be responsible for reporting suspected incidents of fraud.
