Marketing Director

As Marketing Director, you will take full responsibility for KODO’s brand and marketing strategy across continents. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, drive the rebranding of the company, design performance-driven campaigns, and shape the future of brand communication – omnichannel, data-driven, and emotionally intelligent.Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement a fully integrated omnichannel marketing strategy (brand & performance) • Lead, mentor, and inspire an international marketing team (8–10 members) • Strategically manage all digital channels (SEA, social, CRM, affiliate, content, retail partnerships) • Oversee budget planning, resource allocation, and agency collaboration across markets • Analyze market, competition, and customer data to drive ongoing funnel optimization • Launch high-impact campaigns to boost brand awareness, engagement, and conversion • Collaborate closely with E-Commerce, Retail, Creative, Product, and Sales teams • Build scalable marketing processes and structures (including CRM/CDP systems)
