- Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Guest Experience: Oversee daily operations, ensure top-tier service, handle guest inquiries and complaints, contribute to menu design, and possess expert knowledge of all F&B offerings (especially wine and spirits).
Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, train, and develop staff, conduct daily briefings, and ensure adherence to hotel standards and policies.
Financial Management: Efficiently manage costs, drive revenue, handle budgeting and financial reporting, and oversee inventory.
Compliance & Collaboration: Ensure health and safety compliance, adhere to licensing laws, and collaborate with other departments for seamless operations.
We seek candidates with proven 5-star resort experience, strong leadership, F&B expertise, POS proficiency, and a commitment to excellence.

- Education & Training: College/Bachelor's Degree in Food & Beverage or Culinary.
- Language: English proficiency required.
- Specific Knowledge: Strong understanding of Food & Beverage standards, trends, and taste profiles.
- Work Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar position within a 5 star hotel/ resort
