Prepare employees’ payroll calculation by the end of each month using payroll software
Ensure wages and tax withholdings comply with regulations
Do monthly and yearly Tax report
In charge all of tasks related Social, Health and Unemployment Insurance, sick leave claim, premier health insurance
Maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation and transactionsEnsuring compliance with relevant labor laws and internal policies
To assist Cluster Human Resources Manager in the development of human resources policies, procedures guidance as required.

Training & Development activities support
Recruitment
Conduct recruitment activities (mass & HODs)
Responsible for interview and selection
Assist in building and developing candidate database, functional tools
Conduct promotion and advertisement activities to ensure that all recruitment requests are handled on time
On-boarding and admin tasks
Do paper works and other tasks for new employees
Guide new employees to do orientation and company tour
Other tasks are assigned by direct HM and Cluster HR Manager

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- College Degree or above
- Vietnamese - Excellent level, written & spoken
- English - Good level, written & spoken
- Computer Skills
- At least 3 years in the hospitality industry in a similar position in a 5 star, deluxe hotel
