2. Give full co-operation to any colleague requiring assistance in a prompt, caring and helpful manner
3. Ensure all the F&B manuals are always update with the following: Sequence of Service, SOPs, Opening and Closing Check Lists, Side Duties and Food and Beverage Plating Guide
4. Create and develop special events and sales blitzes to showcase the hotel to potential clients. Attend trade shows and major market events locally and nationally to promote new business and increase sales and marketing opportunities for the hotel
5. Be responsible for saving hotel asset/ energy/ water/ chemical and propose the saving ideas to management
6. Understand departments and hotel’s product, and upsell to the guest, or recommend hotel products to the guest
7. Report Lost and Found immediately to Security or per Brand’s SOP

2. Work with Superior and Human Resources on manpower planning and management needs
3. Identify training need, propose training plan, and conduct the training
4. Conduct shift briefings, department meeting to ensure resort activities and operational requirements are known

LANGUAGES: Vietnamese - Excellent level, written & spoken, English - Good level, written & spoken
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE: Computer Skills, Barista knowledge, Mixology,International food & beverage and culture knowledge,Wine and Spirits knowledge
WORK EXPERIENCE IN OTHER COMPANIES (IN CASE OF EXTERNAL SELECTION): At least 3 years experience in international hotel at the same position
