Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Core Backend & Game Server3- 5+ years of backend development experience, with strong Java in production.Experience building/customizing backend servers using Netty / Jetty (or similar Java server frameworks).Solid experience with WebSocket or socket-based communication.Strong understanding of concurrency, threading, synchronization, and memory/performance tuning.Experience designing server-authoritative game logic and managing game state.Familiarity with turn-based systems or near real-time server models.Database & State ManagementStrong experience with MongoDB, MySQL (or other relational databases).Good understanding of transactions, locking, and data consistency under concurrent workloads.Experience using Redis for cache/session/distributed locking.Ability to design data models suitable for high-concurrency online systems.Production MindsetProven experience operating and maintaining systems running in production (monitoring, debugging, and incident handling).Ownership mindset: ability to independently investigate issues, propose solutions, and improve system stability.Most importantly, you are a person who loves to learn and thrives in a challenging start-up company.Nice to have:Experience working on game servers or online multiplayer systems.Experience with load testing, profiling, and performance optimization tools.English listening and speaking skills for work.
