We design for mission-critical environments — from control rooms and dashboards to mobile field applications. Job DescriptionWe are looking for a mid-level Product Designer who is passionate about design, eager to learn, and takes pride in their craft. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, visualization teams, and operations stakeholders to design intuitive, reliable and scalable digital experiences.As a Product Designer, you will design web and mobile applications used in real-world operational environments. You will be involved in the full design lifecycle — from research and concept development to high-fidelity UI, prototyping, and design system contribution. This is a hands-on role for a designer who enjoys solving complex problems and wants to grow into a strong end-to-end product designer.Key Responsibilities• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to deeply understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points• Map user journeys, design personas, and create wireframes, storyboards, and flow diagrams to guide the development process• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features that enhance the overall user experience• Advocate for the user throughout the design and development process, ensuring design decisions are driven by user insights and data• Analyze and iterate on existing UX designs based on user feedback, analytics, and performance metrics• Contribute to the creation, development, and maintenance of design systems, expressed through UI components such as layouts, fonts, colors, icons, animations, and micro-interactions• Design highly legible, user-friendly, and aesthetically compelling interfaces that align with user needs and business goals• Develop interactive prototypes to demonstrate innovative design concepts in real- time 3D environments, Digital Twins, Mixed Realities, and traditional UI formats• Incorporate animations and micro-interactions to create engaging and delightful user experiences.
