MIDDLE/SENIOR BLOCKCHAIN DEVELOPER

At least 3 years of hands-on experience in blockchain development. Strong experience with smart contracts, DeFi, and complex DApps. Proficient in major blockchain platforms: EVM (Ethereum, BSC, Polygon, etc.) and Solana. Solid understanding of blockchain security and best practices (audit, testing, deployment). Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Proficient in at least one of the following: Node.js, React.js; experience with Docker and Web3 libraries/SDKs. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and system-thinking skills. Good English communication skills (both written and spoken) for technical discussions and collaboration with international clients. PREFERENCES Experience as a Team Leader / Lead Developer or in team management. Deep understanding of algorithms and data structures, and their application in blockchain solutions. Hands-on experience with smart contract audits, security tools, and multi-network deployment. Having real-world projects, open-source contributions, or relevant certifications is a plus.
