Middle Software Tester (QA QC)

We are looking for a Mid-Level Software Tester to join our growing Motorist Vietnam team. You will be responsible for end-to-end QA across web, mobile, and backend systems - with a strong focus on manual testing, collaboration with the product team, and progressive automation. You will play a key role in ensuring quality, usability, and stability in one of Singapore’s leading automotive platforms.EducationBachelor’s or College degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Telecommunications.3+ years of hands-on software testing experience in web, mobile, or API testing.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Product Managers, BAs, and Developers to understand business goals and testing requirements early.Create, maintain, and execute test plans and test cases for:Web applications built with Ruby on RailsBackend REST APIs, tested using PostmanMobile apps (iOS and Android), tested manually via BrowserStackPerform functional, regression, UI/UX, exploratory, and compatibility testing across platforms and browsers.Track, manage, and triage bugs using Notion, with clear reproduction steps and priority tagging.Collaborate with developers to debug and verify fixes through retesting.Represent QA in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product review meetings.Contribute to test documentation, release notes, and training/demos for internal users.Support load and performance testing (e.g., using k6 or Lighthouse).Progressively introduce automation for high-priority and repetitive test flows using tools like Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium.Ensure mobile test coverage for key devices and OS versions, using BrowserStack Live and Automate.Drive quality improvements and advocate for QA best practices within the team.
