Network Security Engineer

We are looking for a Network Security Engineer who will act as a key person liaising between the sales team and the customers. You will be responsible for analysing complex customer requirements, designing optimal Network Security architectures, and presenting the value of the solution to support the sales team in achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities: Requirements Consulting & Analysis:Work closely with the Sales team to engage, survey and analyze customer requirements, pain points and existing infrastructure.Understand the cybersecurity challenges customers are facing (e.g., ransomware, APT, remote access security, compliance...).Keep relationship with customersNetwork Security Solution Design:Design comprehensive, viable network security solutions and architectures.Focus on core technologies such as: Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW), VPN (IPsec/SSL), IDS/IPS, Web Application Firewall (WAF), Network Access Control (NAC), Sandbox, and Cloud security solutions.Build an accurate Bill of Materials (BoM) for the solution.Solutions Consulting:Provide consultancy on products and IT solutions to customersFollow up and provide feedback on customers’ inquiries.Solution Presentation and Demo:Prepare technical documents includings sales kit, solution documentation, function comparation, reference architecture, demo script, etc (slides, solution brief) and present solutions to customers at many levels (from IT Engineer to Chief Technology Officer - CTO/CISO).Conduct live demos of product features to demonstrate value and problem solving.Pilot Implementation:Plan, install, and provide technical support for the pilot implementation process (Proof of Concept / Proof of Value) at the customer's system.Optimize configuration to ensure PoC success and address customer use cases.Technical Support for Bidding Documents:Play a key role in responding to complex technical compliance requirements in RFP, RFI documents.Ensure proposed solutions comply 100% with the requirements of the tender documents.Research & Update:Stay informed about cyber attack trends, new security technologies, and competitor solutions.Train and update product knowledge and skills for sales team (if needed).Delivery:Plan and conduct the implementation of solutions to customers includings install, config, deploy, maintain, etc and provide technical support for the implementation process at the customer's system.Perform services relating to IT security to customers.Reporting and other tasksReport to line manager/supervisor as requiredWork with other teams to complete the assignments.Perform other tasks as assigned by Direct line manager/supervisor
