- Apparel Merchandiser - Staff/Sub-Manager Level.
- Key Responsibilities.
- Support & Collaborate: Work closely with the team manager on tasks like costing analysis, summarizing order details, and updating Work InProgress (WIPs) reports.
- Production management from A to Z: Proactively oversee all aspects—from development samples through bulk production scheduling to ensure on time execution.
- Problem Solving & Communication: Monitor fabric and trim schedules, quickly identifying and reporting any potential issues to management.
- Operational Support: provide clear information to factory team to be created worksheets for bulk production, report and resolve any issues that arise during bulk production, and manage updating payment statuses for suppliers.
- ERP System Management: Utilize our ERP system to accurately input and manage order details, including fabric & material schedule as well as amounts and quantities. Also need to manage for fabric and trims stock quantities.

- Proven experience as a Merchandiser in garment or similar industry.
- English communication skills. - Writing and conversation.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively and with a strong sense of responsibility.
