1. In charge of HRIS, managing, storing personnel files, and updating personnel information
- In charge of receiving, managing, and storing personnel files.
- Update personnel information
2. In charge of updating the attendance, annual leave, and overtime of staff and teachers
- Manage staff and teachers’ codes and fingerprint system
- Manage and track annual leave, overtime working
- Managing the attendance of teachers and staff
3. Make and manage labor contracts for employees
4. In charge of reports on SHU Insurance, ensuring compliance with regulations; in charge of medical insurance provided by the school; and welfare policies related to employees
5. In charge of declaring and applying for PIT Code for employees
6. In charge of salary payments for part-time teachers.
7. Perform other HR tasks
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• BA Degree major in HR, Law, and Business Administration
• Other requirements:
- 6 months to under 1 year of experience as an HR C&B Officer
- English: Fluent
- Good office computer skills
- Soft skills:
a. Multi-task management skills
b. Well organized, categorized, and good solve problems skills
c. Communication and planning skills
d. Careful, meticulous, hard-working
