II. Labor contract
1. Following expired date of contract
2. Sending evaluation sheet
3. Renew & new contract for employees
4. Get seal & signature then deliver to employees
III. Visa & Work permit
1. Review document in advance
2. Prepare form to submit
3. Notarize related document
4. Submit to Immigration Dept
IV. Payroll
1. Update data base in payroll sheet
2. Receive timesheet from other Dept.
3. Check OT/Leave/ attendance
4. Check working day
VI. Social Insurance & IUC
1. Making report of decreasing & increasing for employees
2. Leave sick/ maternity leave
3. Regime for employees
4. Check status of payment
5. Update new comer or resigned staff joining insurance
6. Received health insurance card & deliver to employees
Making report or assigned job from Manager
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• University with related major
• Have 1 - 3 years of experience in HR
• Ability to analysis problem & problem solving
• Good English in listening, speaking, reading and writing
