The responsibilities will be included, but not limited as follows:
1. Recruitment
- Carry out recruitment as required from the approved departments in a timely manner.
- Work closely with hiring managers to verify the job description and requirements for right target candidates hiring
- Implement full cycle of recruitment process
- Follow up and support new hires during probation period and in needs for adapting with working environment
- Support to manage the efficiency of recruitment.
2. Employee Engagement activities:
- Improve working relationships with teams, support to build morale and increase productivity.
- Coordinate and guide other departments in the company to strictly comply with the company's regulations, ensure that the company's operations comply with relevant regulations and laws.
3. Training
- Conduct orientation for newcomers and support/ follow-up on-the-job training.
- Research, plan and manage various trainings according to actual demands.
4. Others: Support other duties assigned by the manager:
- Prefer to know C&B: Attendance, payroll, SI, PIT....
- Guide employees on the regimes, rules, safety and labor protection in the company.

+ Education & Experience:
- College or Bachelor in Human Resources management, Business, Law or related majors.
- Communicate in English
- Good at Microsoft Office
- Basic knowledge and skills in poster, job adds.
- At least 1-2 years of experience for this position
- Communication skills
- Honest, Self motivated
