HR part:
1. Responsible for recruiting employees in Vietnam, handling the enrollment and resignation of employment and other related things
2. Responsible for local staff attendance, leave, out, overtime, salary statistics; local employee insurance
3. Responsible for simple training
Administrative part:
1. Responsible for company administration and daily affairs, such as reception, office environment supervision and management, etc.
2. Responsible for office supplies and fixed assets management (purchase, distribution, inventory, scrap, etc.), administrative cost statistics.
Finance part:
1. Responsible for payment request, expense reimbursement, invoice management, etc
2. Familiar with local tax policy, cooperating with the head office on tax declaration and other related matters.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Required Experience: At least 3 years of HR/Admin working experience
Required Skills:
1. Fluency in English
2. At least 3 years working experience in HR and administration
3. Ms Office and Software
4. Ability of Communication
