- Main control attendance of employees, labor contract, and others related to C&B.
- Assist HRM to conduct yearly employee satisfaction to understand the employee needed and give suggestion to Team Leader and FSE to improve the system and ensure all the compensation and benefit been solve and giving properly solution
- Assistant develop company compensation and benefit system.
- Build up company policy, procedure and regulation
- Build up all personnel decision related to employee included: transfer decision, discipline decision, resignation decision.
- Train new employees about the policy and regulations.
- Other job assigned by HRM
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Graduated from University, majoring in Human resource management, accounting or related major
- At least 1 year working experience in the same position
- Have experience to used HR system
- Have knowledge/skill to manage small team, personnel
- Good understanding of MS-office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- A negotiator with dynamic, capable, and positive characteristics
- Ability to work under high pressure and build up good internal and external relationships
- Good at English
